Asking for help isn’t weakness. Acknowledging your limitations isn’t weakness. Settling rather than sacrificing yourself isn’t weakness. You are not weak for realising what you can and can’t do. You are still worthy.

Abuse is a difficult topic to accurately depict, especially within the confines of a children’s show. That is why I am incredibly impressed with the writing of the New York Special.
I’m sick of pretending these aren’t just selfish people who need a reason to be apathetic. Who simply use the guise of ignorance to not have to spend any of their energy trying to create a loving community.
