Common sense isn’t instinctive, it’s taught. And in an increasingly globalised world, it’s important we learn to communicate with each other before jumping to conclusions. Don’t make people feel like they’re stupid or incompetent. Not if it’s a one off mistake or a first offence. It’s not worth it to lose your cool if your anger will dissipate in two days anyway.
