Avatar The Last Airbender Live Action: Is It Actually Good?
I actually appreciate the opening. It adds more credibility to the story to see Sozin actually be a master manipulator and take down the air nation with one big sneak attack rather than just a show of force. The fact that that earth nation man died to get false information into his king’s hand is another twist to the gut. Going into this, I know how the story will end and so it’s heart-breaking to see the fire nation attack the air nation, knowing that none of them will survive. And it also provides important context as to how Ba Sing Se was able to hold off the fire nation for so long: they had prior warning.

Let’s Talk About Marry My Husband: And How Sexy That Short Hair Looks On Park Min-Young
Everyone loves a good revenge story. And it doesn’t get much better than being able to relive your tragic life, only this time, being able to deliver karma to every single person who wronged you.

What Happened To Miraculous Ladybug?
But also? What anime is this? I did not expect the kwamis to have a different form. And I especially did not expect Plagg and Tikki to be halves of one kwami. But it makes perfect sense now. They’re quite literally each other’s other half. And I’m glad they stay adorable for most of the show. Their true forms are a little creepy.

Puss In Boots The Last Wish: The Value Of Life
I think it’s important to acknowledge sometimes people are just assholes because they want to be, not because life screwed them over.

Disenchanted: The New Frozen 2
Making a sequel of an iconic family movie over a decade later is asking for criticism. Disenchanted will never be treated as nicely as the original. It’s the unfortunate part of being a die hard hard, it’s hard to sometimes turn that loyalty off and just enjoy a movie for what it is.

Fate: The Winx Saga Season 2 Is Okay When You Stop Comparing It To The Original ***Spoilers***
I found that after the pure disappointment that was the first season, I actually didn’t mind the second season. Sure, there was quite a few instances of badly written dialogue, the worldbuilding was lacking and I still prefer the original but once you forget the original and view this as just another trashy teen fantasy drama, it’s not the worst. It’s actually quite engaging at times.

Diversity Is Crucial To Authentic Storytelling
One’s skin colour does not determine how good of a writer they are. But one’s experiences do.

WandaVision: Is It Worth Your Time?
I do think WandaVision is going to be a good show. The premise is set up well. The acting is good. The costumes are wonderful. The humour is top notch. It just takes time for things to start rolling. And if you are willing to wait for the main conflict to be established, I think you’ll enjoy WandaVision. So yeah, I definitely recommend you find a way to watch the show.

Miraculous Ladybug New York Special: Adrien’s Abuse Narrative
Abuse is a difficult topic to accurately depict, especially within the confines of a children’s show. That is why I am incredibly impressed with the writing of the New York Special.
